On 20 May 2025, EiiF President Peter Hoedemaker and Vice-President Michele Mannucci took part in the High-Level Stakeholders' Dialogue on Energy Efficiency in Brussels, invited by EU Commissioner Dan Jørgensen.
This high-level event organised by the European Commission brought together leading voices from European industry and energy policy to kick off an initiative aimed at scaling up energy efficiency across Europe as part of the Affordable Energy Action Plan and the Clean Industrial Deal.
Michele Mannucci in his double role as CEO of Termisol Termica and EiiF Vice-President contributed as a panelist in the first roundtable, joining top CEOs and high-ranking representatives from major European companies. Both he and Peter Hoedemaker had the opportunity to exchange insights directly with other high-level participants, highlighting the critical role of technical insulation, EN 17956 and energy audits in achieving the EU’s efficiency and decarbonisation goals.
